a new paintball field idea

me and some friends were sitting down in school remembering the fun times we had just doing random stuff. and then paintballing came up. we thought what if we bought a abandoned piece of land or school and made it into a paintball field/movie theater. Each of the classrooms could be a field well i would say some of the rooms may need to have their walls knocked down. Then the gym is the main field and then there is the track. If we planted trees and what not on the other fields then it could be like a forest setting. then there is the indoor/outdoor fields. And then a place to hang out like a movie theater/arcade. I dont think that this is a really realistic thought unless i try. What do you guys think. Is it realistic? would it even be worth going to? THX
