What are the guidelines on rounding at time of punch in and punch out time

I don't think there is a set of rules for this. Every company I have worked at has done his a bit differently. Some used the face value on the card, and most rounded up to the quarter hour (if you were more than 5 minutes late in the morning you were docked 15 minutes)
