Has technology made you lazy?

It has made me very lazy. I get up and check my email on the bed, then I use a coffee maker to make some coffee - then I take a hot shower - all this I can do with my eyes closed - What have I REALLY done this morning?? Nothing - where as if I didn't have all these things - I'd prolly be more active - you know, like go for a morning walk to wake me up - take bath in a pond with cold water. LOL.

oh yeah, everything is instant nowadays. instant noodles, instant coffee, even withdrawals from the banks are made thru atms unlike 20 yrs ago when u really have to wait in line for your turn with the teller. with that, patience is becoming very extinct.

I think it has made me more lazy in the long run. I feel like I have to constantly check email and private messages. Sometimes I wish for simpler times, when there was little or no technology.
