Cut hair: same old haircut?

Australia

Do you always have the same old haircut? Are all the parts of your hair the same cut; or do you like the back a bit longer and the top a bit shorter? Is your hair coloured at the moment? If so, how many times do you colour/dye your hair each year? Do you think all girls should have their hair long? What is your reasoning behind this? Does this have an effect on your scalp or hair? Looking forward to your responses to this issue.

Yes I always have the same haircut. Or more correctly, I don't have any special haircut. I just ask them to cut it short each time. That should suffice. I am not fussy at all in this aspect.

For me all that matters is short hair, I don't like when my hair grows.

I rarely keep to the same haircut. I'm always trying new styles. I've kept my hair really long, cut it really short and I've also tried layering, short bangs, layered bangs and straight haircuts. Moreover, I've also tried dyeing my hair, tinting and highlighting it with various colours. I've also permed and rebonded my hair in the past. I've changed my hairstyles many times because I like to experiment. So far it hasn't had much of an impact on my scalp though my hair sometimes feels dry.

Not always the same way, but usually the same style! Or the same length when I get brave and cut it off.

I usually have long hair, not colored. it's just a waste of my money, because hair colors takes a very long time to stick to my hair. Typically for a woman it's more attractive to have a very long hair. Specially if you're asian with black hair like me :). But if you really ask me I would love to have a short and chic hair. Like a boy hair-cut or is that what they call bob-cut?

When i have a friend who are boyish and they have short hair, then ive tried to cut my hair shorter. But my mom get angry so, what ive did,i just cut it shorter by shorter every month.Lol!!! Lately, ive put blonde color in my hair.Something infront but not everything on it. Then, i have cut my hair different style every 4 months.

I had long hair for about 8 years, and now i had a haircut and been having shorter hair for the last year and a half or two years. Not that it is short short but it's not like LONG anymore. Some people always has the same haircut, but most people end up changing it with time...that if you don't get bald first of course lol.

I'm a little adventurous so I don't really like having the same old haircut over and over again. Maybe I may repeat a cut sometimes but I never wanted to maintain the same haircut. I want a new refreshing look that's why I seek different cuts. It's really fun experimenting on different cuts although it may sometimes make you in a really bad mood when you did not get the right haircut you wanted.

I was really depressed and missing my mom and started getting really stressed out. I started noticing when I would wash or brush my hair I was losing more than usual. At first I tried not to worry about it until it actually became visible. In case of stress, hair loss starts after around 3 months of stressful event and conditions remain so for another 3 months after which it automatically stops. I started stressing even more over my hair loss and losing even more hair.If you had high fever, infection, thyroid disease or medication lately, that may explain as one of the causes. so check it and consult some doctor, there are cures for it.

It depends on what I feel like doing with my hair at that point. Sometimes if I am tired having my long hair, I had it cut in really short style. I rarely dye my hair. The last time I did was after I had a very humiliating break up. I just need to feel good about myself and I just need to pamper myself and go to the parlor.

i am having the same haircut the the past several years. in my childhood, my mom used to cut my hair pretty short, almost chinese cut type. in my teens and early youth, i used to keep waist-length hair, as my hair is really very good quality and i used to love its luxurious silky feeling. for the past several years, however i have cut it short and now i maintian shoulder length hair. i would like to experiment with hair styles, but i dont have any idea what sort of cut would suit me best. i have an oblong face and now my hair is cut in steps style. also i just cant keep my hair open, so that's another problem with me. i feel very hot, choked and unkempt with my hair flowing and falling on my face.

When i do go to some saloon for a new cut, its always a different haircut style that i will request to hairstylist, that is for different looks i guess, i dont like my hair to be dyed, i like it in natural color which is brownish black..
