I am very sad

my study regresses very seriously, it make me very sad. I want to study hard but I lack the ability to dou that. I feel very depressed! How can I adjust my mood? I hate present own.

i feel very sad when my favorite show was running in the T.V. at that if the power goes off.. my goodness can't stay very sad na.. this looks silly but we feel very bad rite..!!
