is break fast is good for health ? your favourites including drinks at breakfast

hai friends,i feel break fast will increase our stamina as well increase our capability for the whole day for our works,as for me i like break fast item like this ,bread,amlet,boiled egg.idly,poori,dosa,lemon rice,some time curd rice,if i like to change my break fast style i like raw food like vegetables as snacks ,buns,fruit drinks,casually after breakfast i go for milk or butter milk depends on the season ,now i am with butter milk,summer na:)as per ayurveda before break fast i go 2 glasses of water with one table spoon of lemon andone spoon of honey at 4'0 clock in the early hours,after 2-3 hours i go for break fast,the drink i prefer for to reduce the fat as well it give beauty to the body

Hai friends, i think u all know the saying like eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a maid... its says tat tat break fast is the important part in every individual daily routine... so we have to take a good breakfast which includes all protien food so tat it gives stamina for rest of the day.. and include lots of fruits, ragi malt, eggs, and cerials like corn flakes also give to lots of iron for u r body so include them in ur break fast

breakfast is important, mainly if you didnt have any, probably around ten am you'll be feeling dizzy already... my fave breakfast, cold milk, fish chop suey, rice and fried/grilled tuna.or cold milk, bread, and guava jelly.or strawberry jam.

Breakfast is a healthy way to start your day. I have always been told that skipping breakfast is bad for you because eating a healthy breakfast gets you off to a good start. I try to eat now, although some days I do better than others. A healthy well-balanced breakfast would include such things as a bowl of oatmeal, a boiled egg, a half a grapefruit, a slice of whole-wheat toast, and a glass of orange juice.

it is very much true that before taking your breakfast if u take a glass of water with lemon juice and honey and then after sometime take your breakfast it will help reducing fats from your body and give it a good shape. i prefer a glass of milk with muesli or oatmeal, some almonds, 2 bananas, a slice of brown bread if i feel like , honey. if i dont take milk then i take a glass full of juice , some grapes, 1 slice of brown bread.

break fast is really good for our health, many people say that though you dont eat your lunch but you have taken your breakfast it is okay.. and without breakfast, i could start my day right! my breakfast usually is made of "sinangag" (fried rice) hot dog, egg or, ham..coffee, or hot chocolate is also good. :)
