I'm having back aches below my back near my butt. I feel like I can't move it. It feels like I'm having a rheauma. And it really hurts a lot when I move. Is it just a plain back ache or is it something else!? Could it be UTI!? 'Coz someone told me that there's a possibility. THey say that back aches near the butt is one of the signs of UTI.

With UTI the most common symptoms are frequent urination or feeling of having to without actually urinating, a burning sensation when urinating, having to get out of bed to urinate and a mild fever. I actually have never come across pain near the butt as a sign for UTI. Although with the kidneys affected it can cause pain in the flanks and back on height of the kidneys. Location of kidneys I'd personally describe as more middle of the back, but here picture reference: http://medicine.uscd.edu/clinicalmed/abdomen-kidneys3.JPG I hoped I typed the url well, unfortunately myLot won't let me paste since I haven't gotten 500 posts yet.
