They must have a good friendship in real life to be able to exude such intensity between them on camera. Don't ya just feel the yearning, pain, and love all at the same time between Luke and Loralai? As for Logan...I actually like him with Rory. I think they have scripted him well in showing his growth in maturity and he actually does love her. After all, she is the one that got to him. ;). Let's not forget that he also walked away from his controlling father too. I hope they do get engaged and she stays home with mom for a while. I was also hoping someone would hit Kurt with a pie while he was, ahem...singing, lol.

I think it was the best episode in a long time. I hope L&L get back together. I hope Lorelai says no to Logan-- I think he is bad news.
My question is how...how much weight did Liz Torres lose and how? She looks great!

I agree that it was the best one in a long time! There was a long stretch there where I just didn't care what was going on.
I'm interested to see where the Rory thing goes. If she says yes, how does the show work with her in SF? If she says no, what happens to the Logan relationship?

omg, i'm in tears right now. it's still on right now here but i just saw the part with loralei singing. it kind of makes it seem like the end of their romantic relationship. she'll always love him but she has to let go and say goodbye. i really home that's not what it singifies and i do wish they get together again.

I'm right there with you girl. I was in tears when Lorelai was singing and Luke walked in. I want them to be together so bad. She just needs to have the guts to talk to him and tell him that she is still in love with him. Then Logan asking Lorelai to marry Rory that was so sweet but i'm still not sure Logan is the best thing for Rory.

That scene with Lorelai singing "I will always looooove you" was interesting indeed. When she started singing it, she was singing it to cheer up Rory and reassure her that she would never disappoint her. Then Luke walked in, and Lorelai stumbled but kept singing, a little uncertainly. By the time she finished the song, she was singing it to Luke. And I think they both realized it, themselves.
And the hat thing... when Zack found Luke's black hat, Luke looked at it, then put it in his back pocket. He kept wearing the blue one Lorelai had given him...

oh my gosh, lorelei singing and Luke walking in...so heart wrenching. It seems like now would be a good time to get them back together and for Luke to take her on the boat trip he was supposed to take April on.
I think Rory will say no to Logan. Though, right now she is out of her options she had for jobs, but I don't know that things would work out having her and Logan in SF. The show wouldn't be the same...looking forward to seeing next episode.

I have to agree with Popp i think her singing that and right to Luke might be a sign of the end of the relationship or maybe she is sad to see him go on the trip because she didnt know when she was singing that his trip was cancelled. I hope that she does tell Logan yes he can marry Rory, as i think he is the best for her.

I think that this was definantly one of the best episodes of this season. I was so happy to see Luke walk into the place when she was singing.
