well it is a laughter competition carried out by star network in india. I dont know whether it will be telecast outside. In this program non-famous persons (from India and Pakistan) are given the opportunity to give giggles to the viewers. There is a winner in every series. The show is hosted by Shekar Suman , Navjot Siddhu (cricketer) and Perizad Kollah Marshal.
