should a baby learn a foreign language at an early age?

learning two languages at the same time is good - languages are part of culture which play the role of communication.more and more babies are learning one or two or even more languages at such a young age as 2.

I wish I knew more Spainsh or any other languge. I only know English. I never did take a class to learn another languge. I agree babies do learn faster if they are raised to learn a 2 languges. my neice watches Dora the Explorer on tv and she knows a few Spainsh words.

Its easier to learn a language at a very young mind...but u shudnt teach a kid more than one language at the same time...coz it wud be very hard for the child u understand...the best time two teach a second language is when the kid is well versed in the first language he learns....
