Paid Surveys - All Surveys Throw Me Out Midway - I am not eligible

This is really frustrating. I have joined at least 10 paid survey sites, a majority of them do not send me any surveys to do and the ones which do send me surveys........ through me out midway...... after spending around 5 minutes in the survey......... after answering around 10 questions........... siting reason like......... " We are sorry, you are not eligible to take this survey. We will send you another survey". Is'nt this a bit tiring. Its like someone shutting the door on your nose. Or, is it that I am being honest in answering the questions. Do you encounter the same problem taking surveys ?

I agree with somebody else here who said that if you´re not a US citizen you don´t really earn money from doing surveys. I´m from Europe and I know how difficult it was to find surveys sites that would accept people from this continent. It´s quite common that surveys let you answer about 10 questions and then shut the door. It´s happened to me too and I agree, it´s frustrating. Sometimes they are looking for people within a certain age group, gender, country, profession and so on. It´s difficult to guess what the companies are looking for. The only advice I can give you is: keep going and avoid the non serious survey sites. Happy my lotting.

I am registered with many companies as well. I think the one that I like the best is surveyspot because they have been sending me so many paid surveys. While I don't qualify for every survey, I do for some. The money adds up and in no time (a few months) I have 50 dollars in my account. Sometimes I must say I do lie on some of the surveys. I did it just to see what would happen. For some reason they keep sending me video game surveys. Sometimes I lie and say I have a gaming system and love to play games. I have done that twice, but I don't do it now because I don't want to waste my time. I usually do the paid surveys that I believe I am going to qualify. If I don't qualify at least I get entries into their sweepstakes which I could win money. I do have to agree with you, many of the surveys you will find that you don't qualify. Have a nice day. Pablo

Kudos! on your cash! That's awesome. I've just started into surveys too. There are some real legitimate sites out there that are dedicated to helping companies connect with consumers. And, while there isn't giant bucks involved, it's fun and at least pays something. Thanks for the survey spot mention. I will be sure to check them out.

I signed up for quite a few survey sites but have very little now. A lot claim to be survey sites but are actually just offers where you have to spend money to get money.I have also been having trouble answering survesy. They wait til I'm half way done then tell me I'm not qualified. there's only a few left that I do.

Before you begin, make sure you qualify to join. Check and see if they area seeking people from your area. Always read the FAQ sections of these sites and make sure if you are in a specific area, you can join the site and make money. Another thing, pay attention to what you tell them......some answers dis-qualify you, that I discovered many years ago when survey taking was my primary source of income. Also make sure you are dealing with a company or site that pays and are not just seeking free info...Goodluck.

well, you won't get rich from paid surveys, but some pay good money. Check this site www.moneycave.blogspot.com. It has list of some good survey sites. You should be able to get 10 to 20 surveys a week if you fill your profile, and regularly update it. Good Luck

Hello, kukkad,I think if you are not in the USA, you cannot earn much in survesy companies as most of them are targetting to the US residents.Only those people from the US can earn a respectable money by filling up surveys. I think you may have to wait for one year to fill up enough surveys to cash out. Anyway ,good luck.

I experinced the same while answering to surveys. It is really frustrating that after answering to a few questions, sudenly the survey company declares me as unqualified. It happened to me that I answered to 14-15 questions honestly and after that the survey company threw me out. Though I still believe in posting honest answeres to surveys, after all they are conducting it for launching a new product or service, they need to know the real market situation. Besides, I know, I can win with dishonesty once, but not always.

I haven't joined any paid surveys. But i have heard my friends talking about it.Its really frustrating. You will merely get 10-15 surveys in which you won't qualify for 9-14 respectivey.Maybe you will do 1 or 2 surveys and you will get some money. But anyway it is money. So don''t stop it.Keep continuing..Good luck.

Yeah, I know the feeling. A lot of surveys I've taken do that: they disqualify you at some point later in the survey, rather than at the beginning. I no longer do surveys from those companies. There are better survey companies out there like GlobalTestMarket that will give you points even if you are disqualified.

Likewise - I have joined more than 15 paid surveys.I sometime receive surveys and have always completed them.First- its the time you take to complete the survey,second- respond to surveys you are sure you can do justice,third- tick what you feel is your best choice,fourth- Be honest and fair. I have followed my instinct and it always paid off. Be yourself and not what you think will please the surveyors.

I do have that same problem. You have to be extremely sick, a specialist at some job, or like every activity under the sun to qualify for surveys. I am honest when answering surveys. But they do seemed to be targeted toward certain groups of people, of which I am not one. Many of these sites run contests. So in effect, you are doing dozens of surveys for free with nothing to show for it. On one site, I have probably attempted 500 or more surveys and have made about $40 in 20 months. So this is not a very prosperous endeavor for sure. They want your opinion, but they want it for free, for the most part.

I am not a believer about paid surveys. Most of them are scams! They need you to pay first in order to join their surveys. Some of them are saying that you're not a target market or you're not eligible. If they send surveys, it will only one or two for a certain period. Thus, it is also not a good payment. But I would love to hear from others. They may have different experience or opinions.

I am a member of many survey companies that pay you cash and I get many surveys a day to a point that I can not do all of them especially now that I am busy with my blog that I am trying to get up running. It's true that you don't qualify for many and it is so frustrating after you waste your time to get nothing. I agree it is really tiring. Yes I have read that some people know how to lie to complete most of the surveys they receive but I don't have that much experience as I just started few weeks ago. Take care kukkad and I'm sure you will figure it out.

Happens to me quite frequently too, and I don't think it is right. They take your time and don't give you anything back. I have joined over 100 survey sites and I finally got a dollar from one.

surveys earn by way of referrals and not by taking surveys
