why does idustrial management need for engineers

The reasons vary depending on goals or organization. One of the main reason is that a person with master in Management besides engineering can do jobs of both a manager and an engineer and this benefits an organization financially.

Engineers have a finger in every pie,thats to saying,engineers help with the design/construction/material etc. of most of the things (like the chair your sitting on) in our normal lives.So industrial management would have a great use for them dont you think.
