anyone from australia, i need help to set up a paypal account

hey all, I need help in setting up a paypal account i live in australia, i want to no if there are any catches or hiddon cost, i dont have a credit card only a debit card.

I haven't found any hidden charges with paypal. I do know there is a minimum before you can get your earnings though. I can't remember if it is $25 or $50 though sorry. Happy Mylotting.
