How much time is enough to spend in the shower?

My husband spends an hour in the shower or bath. He thinks anyone not spending an hour in the water is still dirty. I think his mom raised him that way. When we first came back from over seas, we lived with my mom she used to get pissed because all of the water he used. needless to say the hot water is cold when he gets out. How much time do you spend in the shower?

i am so not like that. i am in and out. i take about 10 maybe 15 minutes in the shower. maybe a half hour if i am soaking in the tub. i like to wash and get out. my sister likes to take a shower for one or two hours, i don't know how she does it but to me that is to much

I don't really time it. I think that 10-15 minutes is enough time to get clean in the shower. I think that I would be late for everything if I stayed in the shower longer than that cause I need the other time to fix my hair,get dressed,put on my make-up, and all that other stuff people do to get ready.

I think that can be classified as a mild case of complusive behavior... some people just don't feel clean unless they spend a long time in the shower... My brother spent a long time in the shower also so I know what you mean

The longest is usually around 30 mintues. I can get in wash my face, body, and hair (both shampoo and conditioner) in about 20 mintues.

I only spend about 5-10 minutes in the shower. Our hot water heater is very small and old, and doesn't give us very much hot water, especially not first thing in the morning (and I am usually the first one awake).
When I take a bath, I will usually stay in the tub a little longer than I would be in the shower, but even the bath water gets too cold for me pretty quickly.

I spend about 20 minutes in it on average, but sometimes it can be as low as 5~10 whilst other times over half an hour. It totally depends on how much time I have.

When I take a shower I will spend 15minutes at the most.The bath is a different story , I will stay much longer.My son is only 11 and stays in the shower for 4ever.I tell him he might as well take a bath.

If you think you have already clean and refresh yourself, thats enough for a bath. I always spend maybe 10-15 minutes inside the shower room to clean myself. But I do spend some excess minutes particularly during those days where I don't go to work or occasion.

I don't believe in a time limit when taking a shower, that's just crazy! ... One should take a shower till he or she is content. Just thank the Lord that you have a man that's clean ....LOL:-)
