Phillipins Government Action Aganist Feeding KIds?

Hi Friends it's sad to hear that only 16% of phillipins ladies are Breast feeding there kids remaining are not.As it is good for babies health though they are very keen about there physic. So inorder to create awareness in them there government has taken a campaign and call all the mothers to feed there kids under single roof. And ther government succeded in it.More than 10,000 mothers feed there kid's at a time.And this is going to be take place in Guinnes records. What you say about this?
