Seeing Dirty Dancing in the Big Screen

Was really GREAT!! There was so many things all three of us said that you just don't catch on the regular one at home. Like things said or did...it was really great and enjoyable though. I just thought I would share with you all. The little 20 minute thing before the movie started was interesting, but I didn't care for the stage production of Dirty Dancing segment. I guess its just not the same of its not the "right" people.
So did anyone else get to go last night or is going tonight? The theater was very bare, but made it kind of nice too.

You know, I'm trying to remember if I actually saw the original one at the theater? LOL I cannot remember. I know I purchased it on VHS and watched it and then again in DVD format but I can't honestly remember if my original viewing was at the theater?!
I think it would be interesting to see it on the big screen. If nothing else, you'd get to drool at a huge sized Patrick Swayzee! LOL

Which...I guess isn't too much of a loss since I wouldn't have been able to go anyways. My partner closed the store last night...which meant he was not home until 10:30pm. And leaving the kids here with my 17 yr old son...cause I would have taken my daughter with me...I just am not certain.
I trust her to babysit better than him. And she is only a year younger.
I guess girls really do mature faster than boys!
