who is faster sasuke or rock lee i have heard this question alot of time now,now i want to now which one is faster?i think rock lee is faster because he can maintain his spped and sasuke can't he uses it for his chidori.i think both of them are faster,but i think rock lee is faster.i won't know for sure.if naruto kyuubi was in here then i will pick him as the fastess out of rock lee and sasuke.

This question came up yesterday as well, I still think Rock Lee, although Sasuke if he uses his sharingan.

Talking about fastess is talking about time. If Sasuke can learn magenkyu sharingan, he can controll space and time easily. So even rock lee's move is as speed as light he won't able to beat time distortion.
