Do you think you could live without indoor plumbing?

Or, would you think it would be cool to have to drill your own water well, bring the water indoors, find a way to heat it up yourself, go to the restroom in an outhouse sometimes not be able to take a bath?

I think I would go nuts! I am way too use to using indoor bathrooms. I do use outhouses when I camp but that is it. And it drives me nuts when there are no showers when I am camping
