Man having a life is said to have a soul, but what happens to the soul when you die?
Animals also have a soul what happens to their soul when they die?

Yes, all human beings have a soul. When we die, our soul either goes to Heaven or Hell depending on if you obeyed God or not.
Animals don't have souls. So when they die, they just die, that's it.
To have a soul is to have a conscience. Animals rely solely on instinct, so therefore do not have souls.
