Have you ever joined or are you currently a member of the Jenny Craig weight loss program? How did/does it work for you? Is the program based on support or the prepackaged meals? What are the meals like? how much did the program run you (including fees and meals) Do you have to have a Jenny Craig center close by? Would other prepackaged pre proportioned meals be just as beneficial to a dieter as joining the Jenny Craig Program is?

What happens on Jenny Craig is they drop you down to about 1500 calories a day. If you choose to use their prepackaged food, which costs a bundle, you will be eating food that has no fat in it, because it is specially formulated for her program. You CAN use the Jenny Craig approach without buying their food though, and still take part in the program. If you wish to loose weight using their method but want to avoid ANY extra costs then try looking at a website that caters to diabetics, and use a 1500 calorie per day meal plan. It is the same meal plan that you would follow if you did Jenny Craig but didn't buy their prepackaged food. To give you an idea of what 1500 calories might be like, a Burger King Whopper would probably be the full 1500 calories.
