How many glasses of water you take per day?

Early morning three to four glasses of water, then minimum 18 to 20 glasses of water, it helps me to be healthy and acne free skin.

i dont think we should drink that much water .it will be a heavy duty for the kidneys to flush out the additional water from our body .eat prefer it make it to simple eat whenever you are hungry and drink when you are thirtsy.people who eat fruits and vegetables or juices doesnt have to drink much water and at cold weather one doesnt have to take that much water as in the case of summer. taking one glass of water instead of tea in the mornign will sure ly help.water is important to our body .
