mygrandfather is still going strong even though he is already 86 years old now, how is your opinion ?

Good for you really. My grandmother is 80 plus something as well and hope that she would stay as healthy like your grandfather. She is sick right now and I always pray that nothing would happen to her as it would affect me a great deal if somethings gonna happen to my beloved grandmother. I would like to asked about your grandfather meal or probably what he eats or do inorder to stay that long and stronger.
