my God! I can't imagine that i have been so sunburned. this is the worst experience in my life. we are having our summer classes and we are so exposed to the sun from about 9 am to 5 pm. i really can't stand it but we have no choice. i apply sunscreen but it's of the least help. now, i'm so dry and my skin stings a lot from the burns. how can i remedy this things? i have found several ideas on the internet but i can't choose which is the most effective. what do you use to remedy sunburn? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!

Oh woah! You definitely need a high SPF & PA+++ sunblock when you are out in the sun so much. You can simply use Fresh Aloe Vera on the areas, it is super good with sunburn and it helps replenish the moisture level in the skin and cool down skin. If you don't have any fresh aloe vera, you can go to a pharmacy store and get a 99% aloe vera gel, it works just as good! Put the gel in the fridge first and then apply it cool on your skin. Hope you will get better soon!

Fresh aloe vera is the most effective if you can get any around your area. If not, any type of aloe vera gel is good. I hope you feel better soon! Getting a sunburn is so awful!!

You start using coconut oil in your body and whenever go out try to cover your body and use UV AVEO Cream. This is the best sunscreen

To relief a sunburn pain, apply over the affected area cool water compresses or fill a bathtub with cold water and dissolve one pound of baking soda or oatmeal in it. Soak in the bath , until you feel relieve. Wash the affected area with an antibacterial soap to prevent secondary infection. Do not burst any blister. They form a natural protection to help the skin sunburned to heal faster. Do not apply any creams, butter, petroleum jelly or any other greasy substance to a sunburn. They only cause more damage by trapping the heat and can make a burn deeper. The sunburn will heal faster if left exposed to the air.

Sunblocks are great but they need to be reapplied every couple hours or so. The stronger the better. Make sure you apply it at least an hour before sun exposure. That way it's ready to go as soon as you hit the sun. Aloe is great for sunburn. Pain relievers can also help with the pain or any swelling that might be present. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
