Can I mix DDR and SD RAM on one motherboard?

No its not possible in any of the mother board , There is no such option as both work on different mechanism or modules and for ddr two of the pins need to be sorted by plugging it.so it will not be possible to mix both SDR and DDR

I don't think so, or maybe there are special motherboards for that. Older boards have both SDRam and DDR, but it only uses one during operation being DDR as the default or depending or the motherboard, you may have to adjust the jumpers
