I have been to all the big horse racing events in England, you can't beat it!

Just even people watching, and enjoying the scenery, makes for a pleasant day out, even if you don't place a bet. I admit I enjoy placing my $2.00 bets when I go. Plus the horses are such spectacular animals. The crowd gets so caught up in it, that it's hard not to get excited.
