Here in our country Summer Season is between the months of March to May so now is the best time to go hang out on the beach. We all know that it is harmful to our skin if we bask out in the sun for too long without any protection at all. People say that you shouldn't go out in the sun beteen 10am to 2pm, but for those who doesn't mind I think it is still best if you use sunblock or suncreen on your skin. The sun's rays can cause wrinkles and other signs of premature aging, the worse is skin cancer, so be careful. What brand of sunblock/ sunscreen fo you use? I use Nivea Sun Moisturizing Sun Spray it is quick and easy to apply. The sprays allows fast and easy distribution, isn't greasy, and is absorbed very quickly.

I prefere Biotherm suncreams. I think they smell nice, and the apply easily. They are a bit expensive, so I will also use Nivea from time to time.

Coppertone, Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat & Nivea are the most visible Suncreen products here in our country. I hope some company will decide to distribute Biotherm here soon so I can try it out.

ya actualy we have to chose the sun screen based on the spf (sun protection factor),, that means u have to choose ur sunscreen based on the amount of time u will b out in the sun,, for eg, u stay in hot sun for 15 mins, u shud go for a spf of 15,, the best is 15-30.. but u can choose the best ones dat suits u,, aroma magic is a herbal product which is made of green tea n other herbal products,,,

Hmm.. I didn't know this.. I though SPF is the amount of number of protection the sunscreen gives. Thanks for the reply.
