Okay here's a silly subject but I was just listening on the news that the Twinkie is celebrating its 77th birthday...It's made of a total of 39 ingredients and 500 million are made each year..Now fess up who doesn't love those silly creamy golden 4-inch mini-cakes?

Me. Honestly. I don't know why but I just don't like them LOL. My hubby loves them though. He thinks I don't like them because they have no chocolate! But thanks for that information! It's neat to see how old some of the favorite snacks and some of other favorite things are :)

I love them. I grew up on them for lunch daily in my lunch box. Now they make them smaller. But, they still taste good. + rating sugar. Nice post.

I love Twinkies!!! They are the little yellow bomb!!!! I didn't know that they have been around that long! And I am sure with how much preservatives there are, that first one is probably still good. ha ha Just kidding. I'm not allowed to have them anymore. But I really did like those little yellow cream filled cakes. :)

I adore those things! When hubby buys some for me, everyone knows to ask me first before grabbing one....I'm very miserly with them. When I was pregnant with my daughter, twinkies were one of my main cravings. I just couldn't get enough of them.

Well thats an interesting bit of trivia...and I guess lots of people must like them if they make that many every year. I'd be willing to bet that people who work in the twinkie factorys...sounds like fairy work to me....probably don't like them.

Yeah, the people who work in the factory probably can't stand the sight of them...When I was a kid my mom and I went to the Hershey factory...from miles around even before you got there you could smell the chocolate..heavenly..but I bet the workers can't stand the smell or look of chocolate after awhile
