Can BMC stop this?

The BMC has decided to ban the entry of people chewing paan or supari at any of its offices, schools and hospitals. In case anyone is caught, he or she will be fined Rs 500. Me asking you now if BMC will be able to implement this ban. What you think? Do reply.

let me clear my view on this.BMC only come up with new idea. I want to recall u 4 months back they decided to fine the owner of dog who will urinate pee on road. then they come with new idea of clean mumabi and now as u said they will charged person who chewing paan. they just implement it for 1/2 month.when idea gets flop they will bring new idea.

i guess , they charged 1 peon for 500 rs in last month , i think BMC is getting updated day by day , i even heard ki that guy caught with the Surveillance Camera :P Interesting !
