New virus found

Anyone know about this new virus that destroys the hard disk? Sends you a virtual card with a virtual card for you as the subject.

yes, i already know this virus info, but the detail of the virus is still unknown, any body know about the detail and the destruction impact

As far as I know it causes the computer to freeze and when the Ctrl+Alt+Del are pressed it wipes Sector Zero on the hard disk. It was reported by CNN in America.

This hoax have been going around since November 2000. Just ignore and delete the email. You can read all about it here: http://us.mcafee.com/virusinfo/default.asp?id=description&virus_k=98893 As long as you have an antivirus program installed in your computer and its virus definitions are uptodate then there's really nothing to worry about. If you don't have any installed then there are a few free antivirus and antispyware programs you can download from the internet. Hope this helps.
