Do you think walking after having food helps?

How does it helps you for future? What do you think why people do this?

Yes it helps a lot is food digestion.People with specific diseases such as high blood pressure or diabetes it is really helpful for them.If you walk after meal it helps you maintain good metabolism.You walk and it digests your food your metabolism rate is good then you feel hungry again so you have to eat something again.You should eat 5 times a day in small portions You will never get fat by that i guarantee you.Specially if you take a little walk after your night meal its really helpful.People do this cause they Know walking is the part of exercise which is light and you can do it after having meal.

I don't know if it can help you in the long term- the future.. but I do know it's make me feel less heavy sometimes, and maybe that's the reason people like to have a little walk after having food. And no matter what, walking is always good for the body and your health, so it's might give you longer and healthier life, in the future :-)
