"report abuse" what it mean?

time by time I post photos to different topic and also make rating to discussins members were started and also comments of others...I am interested in my situation and popularity here, so time by time I am afraid i will not get any answer to my discussions, and comments of others to pictures I posted. I noticed, that below my picture I see "!" what menas "report abuse" . I worry about that i will make some mistake here in postin or writting. I don't know rules well so as if i am indifferrent to mu situation, i want know, why i see note'!" below my picture? does it menans somebody rtaed my picture as dangerous or it's dur to I donm't rate my own pictures?...explain me plssssssssssss

No it does not been someone has reported you or rated you negative. They are available on all pictures for all users. It's in case a user does post something that is against the rules so other users can report it. There is no way for us to know if we've received negatives other than by our star rating. We don't know if we get reported unless it is serious enough for mylot to send us a warning about it. I don't believe we are allowed to rate ourselves at all here. So you CAN'T rate your own pictures, discussions, responses, or comments. I hope that clears thingsup for you.

Nobody will report you, if you do not copy and paste your or other's comments. Or you do not hurt somebody because of ethnic, or religion.
Do not swear neither.

thank u for comment. I never do pasting or copying of others minds and ideas. I just start new discussion from my minds , but never check does somebody started maybe similar one.
I can't imagine that i could hurt somebody for their religion or ethnic. i respect every opinion as everybody have right to express it.

It just means to report anything you see that is against the rules. For instance, scamming, referral links, spamming, plagiarizing, etc. See the FAQ. :P
