howdy--should the toilet seat at work be UP or DOWN? i find it very inconvenient whenever i have to use the bathroom/lavatory at work, not that i am a bad aim or somethin' what's your take on that?

well, I have fallen in when hubby has left the seat up...lol so my answer is down. I think it can catch you off guard , if you are half asleep and then the lights are off too.
