Liar - good or bad?

i have seen and met some successful people but most of them are big liars. I know that telling a lie is a sin and every lie we made will be judge soon. don't you think it's unfair for us people who do things fairly? sometimes, i told myself why don't i try to do lying but my conscience always gives me a second thought and in the end still i cant. what do you think are the pros and cons of telling a lie?

Although I don't like bit liars, there are varying degrees of lie. I will not lie to people but I can bend the truth a little so I don't hurt people's feelings. If a friend of mine tried on a dress that made her look like a whale, I wouldn't say that, I would rather say that maybe she should try on a different style of dress. It's not exactly a lie but I could never tell her she looked like a whale
