Do you like percentage referrals? Or set amount referrals?

I prefer a set amount, let's say $20 per referral you get. I don't like sites where you earn like 25% of what your refs make. What do you like?

yeah i prefer set amounts as well. hey can anyone help me? I want to earn money from referals but not sure what the best way is/not sure if my friends will join, how can i persuade them?

Set amount referrals are nice if you get a small amount of referrals since most won't even stay active anyways. Percentage referrals are good though if you have a lot of people which remain active for a long time.
