What would you choose?

Let's say you have millions of dollars. Your best friend gets herself/himself into a situation where they have lost an arm. To survive, they ask you for one of your arms or 2 million dollars. Your friend gives you no story as to what or why this happened. They give you 5 hours until they die,what would you choose? (Sounds like something outa movie!)

Sounds really stupid. Something like that would never happen in real life, and would be nothing more than a blackmail ploy. If I had that much money, my friends would already benefit from it. I'm not greedy They would already want for nothing if I could afford it.
