Paranoid......????

--Have you had this feeling some people are following you??
--Had you go to other town and feel theres something happening around you like someone is watching you or spying you??
--Had you drove around and around because you are so bored,but notice the same cars and people inside them,,and farther down the road you see them stoped at the side of the road?,,,,,then when you pass them by,,you see they follow you in a suspicious way??
--Is this cronic paranoia???,,,or there's really something happening???

Sometimes these silent cues of paranoia has meaning in them. I had this experience before in a public transportation taxi. I was robbed and held at knife point. The funny thing is that I've had that feeling the moment I boarded the taxi and been wanting to step out the next stop. But stupid enough I fend off the fear and postponed alighting off at every stop until the crime happened. Now I take heed to these silent cues and do action.
