There are so many Pasta Salad recipes out there today. Also I cannot find one Restaurant that I really like the Pasta salad, and there is always to much lettuce in the salad. My version is chock full of goodies. Tri colored pasta, deli sliced ham, cotta salami, pepperoni, cherry tomatoe's, canned mushrooms, green & red peppers, onions, black olives, broccoli & cauliflower, provalone, sharp & mozzarella cheese with Robust Italian dressing, on a bed of lettuce. How does everyone make their salad? What kind of dressing do you like to use on your salad?

I always make my pasta salad with ranch dressing. I love ranch dressing! I always use spagettie noodles, add green and black olives and I also add pre-diced tomeatoes along with a pasta seasoning(any seasoning you desire, everyone has their own preferance, I use 'vegetable seasoning' by McCormick, it tastes very good. Although I do think any type of salad seasoning will do the trick. You can also add other ingredients such as regular or green onioins. You take all the ingredients, spagetti noodles ranch green and black olives tomatoes onions(if you desire) ranch dressing salad seasoning I tell you, if you mix the ingredients to taste, this recipe will taste divine. Just try it, I am sure you will enjoy.

The only Pasta Salad I make at my house is very simple, very low fat and the only one I have liked to date, here it is: 1 envelope of Korr's Pesto Sauce 1/3 cup of vegetable oil 1 can of white tuna Parmesan Cheese Box of Bowtie Pasta Mix the Korr's Pesto Sauce with the oil until well blended. Boil the Bowtie Pasta for 10 minutes until tender and done. Mix the Pesto Sauce in the Pasta and mix in the tuna until all pasta is covered, add more vegetable as needed. When all mixed pour in the Parmesan Cheese to your liking, I like lots on mine. Place in the refigerator for one hour until chillded and serve cold.

This is how my mom makes her pasta salad. It's different but everyone loves it: Penne pasta, fruit cocktail(drained), celery, red onion(minced), lettuce, mayo and whip cream, salt and pepper. Your salad sounds interesting, but I'm gonna skip the meats, everything else sounds wonderful toe eat.
