What do you think are the advantages and disadvantages of working abroad?

Based on my experience,I have a lot of benefits working abroad.It enhanced my knwoledge in my profession.Also,it updates me of the latest technologies which are not found in my country.Lastly,it helps me learn diferrent traditions and cultures and languages. However,it has it's disadvantage too.I don't have the freedom to do what I want like when I worked in Saudi Arabia.Moreover,I have to obey traditions and cultures of the country to get along well with the people.Worst of all,I will be away with you family.In your opinion,what are the good and bad things you experienced working abroad?
