How can I win my in-laws?

I'm really irritated with my in-laws. They're making up stories about me and tell it to my husband who's working abroad. We use to stay with them in Manila with my 3 kids. So right now, I'm here in the province with my family and still having cold shoulders toward them. What should I do?

if ur in-laws don't appreciate u then why should u try to win them over. my mother in law hated my guts when her son and i first started going out, she too started stories about me, once i ended up pregnant she tried to win my affection, i don't kiss no one's a**, especially if they treated me like crap. u should explain to ur husband how u feel and he should talk to his family about it.

Just go on with your life, raising and taking good care of your kids. If you have already reached out with your in-laws and still they give you a cold shoulder, then I guess it's time to just simply ignore them...of course, it's ideal that you get along well with them...but if they give you hell, then there is always a limit to patience, and tell yourself that you have a life to live...and if you are wrongly accused, then tell your husband about it. I hope that your husband listens to you....
