CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 3 c macaroni , uncooked 3 c chicken, cooked & diced 1 c cheddar cheese, grated 1/4 c margarine 1/2 c flour 1-14 1/2 oz can chicken broth 1-10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup 1.Preheat oven to 350*. 2.Cook macaroni according package. 3.Combine cooked macaroni, cheese and diced chicken. 4.In a separate pan, melt butter, add flour to the butter and stir cream of chicken soup into the butter and flour mixture and stir until no lumps remain. 5.Pour soup mixture over the macaroni and mix thoroughly. 6.Put into a greased 9 X 13 pyrex dish, bake for 20 - 30 min until heated through.

More-N-More Chili Description: Sweet ~N~ Spicy! Ingredients: 2 lbs. of ground hamburger 1 envelope of Onion Soup Mix 1 envelope of Taco Seasoning Mix 1 can of Stewed or Diced Tomatoes 1 or 2 cans of Kidney Beans 1 jar of your choice of Salsa 1 can of Tomato Paste Salt Pepper Garlic Tomato Juice 1/4 c of Brown Sugar Directions: Brown hamburger add to hamburger while browning, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, and seasoning envelopes of Onion Soup Mix and Taco seasoning. After meat has been cooked, begin to stir in Tomatoes, Beans, and Salsa. Pour Tomato Juice into empty Salsa jar to rinse jar, then add to Chili.. (Use jar to store any leftover juice in the fridge) Add Tomato Paste to thicken, Add Brown Sugar to taste the hotter to taste the sweeter you may want it to be. (Variation: If you don't have Tomato Paste then thicken meat mixture with flour prior to adding remaining incredients.) [ Warning: If it's HOT! it will be HOTTER!! simmering or setting overnight.] Number Of Servings:10-15 more by adding extra Tomatos, Juice, or Beans Preparation Time:45 minutes to 1 hour

SLOW-COOKER CHICKEN CACCIATORE Let the slow cooker do the work while chicken stews in this tomato-seasoned broth. Serves: 6 Prep. time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 7 to 8 hours 1 3/4 cups Chicken Broth 1 tsp. garlic powder 2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) diced Italian-style tomatoes 4 cups mushrooms,, cut in half 2 large onions,, chopped 3 lbs. chicken parts,, skin removed 10 cups hot cooked spaghetti,, cooked without salt MIX broth, garlic powder, tomatoes, mushrooms and onions in slow cooker. Add chicken and turn to coat. COVER and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours* or until done. Serve over spaghetti. *or on HIGH 4 to 5 hr.
