Getting Paid / enforcing a judgement

Some years ago, we were employed to refit a yacht. The clients removed the boat and failed to pay the outstanding monies. A judge in chambers allowed this action and allowed their solicitor to stand as 'surety' to pay us any money if we should win the case. We won and the judge instructed the solicitor to pay up. The yacht and the owners are not on the island anymore and they have no assets here. The solicitor will not pay and our solicitor appears to be reluctant to go after this money. We are owed in the region of US$100,000. What can we do?
