We had a mailbox infront of our Jewel for years. 5324 S. Pulaski. The post office decided to take it away.Seniors like this location because of the convenience of mailing the letters when they are shopping, if they need stamps they can buy them and mail the letters on the way out. It is a safe location instead of stopping on a busy street and risking an accident. We complained for months wrote letters and made calls We got it back. We can only seem to keep it for about 2 weeks when they come back get it, we complain we get it back POOF its gone agin It is almost funny. Thsy should concentrate on delivering the mail to the right address and on time rather than our little mailbox.
