Anyone Need More Referrals?

Right now I'm kind of having a hard time keeping up. Dale is correct, there are plenty of FREE ways to getting more referrals. I've been reading a lot of the headlines here and it sounds like most people are hurting for leads. Just like there are legitimate FREE and low-cost business opportunities, there are legitimate FREE and low-cost marketing opportunities. How productive is this site for gaining traffic? How long have you been with them? What are the pro's and con's? I love honesty, I've done sales, so don't pitch me, just give me the truth.
