i don't know whats the purpose of the number under your name in mylot....but as far as i know....the last time i signed in it was 45 already...then how come i'm back to 41?what's this...can somebody explain this? and what does that number really mean?

The number stands for how many replies you've given to posts, and sometimes certain posts that you may have replied to get deleted, so the humber goes down. It's happend to many people here, it's nothing unusual. Just keep participating and you'll be ok.
