How often do you weigh yourself?? / myLot

I weigh myself once a month. I'm not too obsessed about it. How about yourself??

yes i also not obsessed with this.i remembere i weight myself 4 months back.it was 65 at that time.

I rarely weigh myself, because my weight is almost the same, 65-66 kg, so I know I won't have surprises.

I weigh myself every day because I am watching my weight. I gained 20 pounds over the winter and I don't want to gain not a pound more!
