Regretting wasted time

I had strange thoughts over last weekend. I sudenly regreted all times i wasted on stupid, bad, unhealththy ect. things, all bad, angry words I told my love ones. On posibilities I never used. I will never turn back time to make it right or diferent... And worse thing - i keep making those stupid choises - I see that later on:( have you ever felt similar?

One thing we can’t do for sure is to go back in time and fix anything...don't look back, move forward and be happy... Say sorry and don't think over and over again... Sometimes is much better to keep mouth closed and not say anything... the best speaker is the one who knows how to listen...
