If people feel good about there's nothing you can say to them. Of course it's bad for their health and so on but that doesn't make people stop eating fast food. I like fast food but I don't usually eat it. I prefer traditional food, for me fast food is always the same. You go to McDonald's in France and in Spain and it's the same. Traditional food is different. Fast food is cheap and it's tasty, that's why people like it. They are eating too many calories and they may regret it later but there's nothing we can do about it if people don't want to listen.

I try to stay awayfrom fast food;it has a lot of calories and fat and salt and it can get very expensive if you eat it a lot. I try to have simple, nutritious meals and snacks. I'm not much of a cook so I usually go for something simple, but I like it and I know what's in it. It can also be pretty affordable, if you buy foods in bulk.
