how to add picture to a discussion???

can anyone help me about this?i have been trying to add image to a discussion but i dun know how to do it.What it actually means to add a picture to discussion and how i can do so??

I think you won't be able to add any pictures to discussions/replies unless you have a rating of 500..So keep posting until you reach that mark and then you'll be able to add pictures and earn more money.
