what shall we tell nigerian youths

It seems to me that there is something most nigerians lack especially their youths. oftn times i have bumped on them and i found out they lack basic knowledge about the usage of internet services like this one. how i wish guys cud come up with the rightful suggestions as to how to help them make effective use of their time online.

Would this have anything to do with the Nigerian e-mail scams asking us for money?
Also, a good use for the internet, is to disconnect it and read a book under a tree. That's not directed at Nigerians, by the way, I mean that as good advice for everyone. Sit under a tree. On a nice day, of course. Thunderstorms are when people should try to stay inside and maybe use aromatherapeutic candles.
