12 Week Challenge

So I took the 12 week challenge to motivate myself to eat right and exercise and see if I could lose some weight. I've been exercising every day and cut down on my eating for the last two months and haven't dropped an ounce. I've been doing cardio and weights and I've noticed I've toned up some but haven't dropped any weight and my clothes are not fitting any different. Any one have any ideas why? Any suggestion on what I can do??

I'm sorry that I don't have any advice for you. I can offer lots of sympathy, though! My sister and I have both been trying to lose weight and can't get anywhere. It's crazy! I ate right - small portions, healthy meals, etc., and I exercised at least 4 times a week. I didn't lose anything but my patience! I sure hope someone responds who might have a reason for this.
